The safety of our workers and the adoption of safe work practices are both fundamental to our business.Our occupational health and safety policies comply with government standards and are well known by all staff. All our safety policies are reviewed and updated to reflect changes in legislation, and our team attend safety training seminars on a regular basis. All technicians are first aid and low voltage certified.Our ability to maintain a safe working environment is further enhanced by our new and innovative online risk assessment process. The system enables our technicians to do an online onsite risk assessment and job safety analysis prior to the works commencing. The online assessment is then submitted via email to the relevant supervisor for checking and sign off before work begins.Our ongoing commitment to health and safety is further evidenced by our participation as a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) mechanical services national sponsor, with Pro Visual, for the last two years, aiding in the awareness of safe industry practice.
