Hiflow Industries maintains this 14 storey Cisco Buildings' air conditioning and mechanical systems. The air conditioning system comprises of two York chillers, reciprocating and centrifugal, one gas fired boiler, cooling towers, air handling units, VAV's with electric reheats, and fans. The chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units are all located in the roof top plant, with air fed to each floor via the risers. The correct amount of air distribution is critical to maintain efficiencies in this type of plant, and to ensure this, Hiflow Industries works closely with the BMS contractor for system calibrations. The tight system operation directly relates to its performance level, with the building achieving a 4.5 NABERS star rating.
Dpt. of Health Building – 73 Miller Street, North Sydney
Hiflow maintains this 11 storey buildings' air conditioning and mechanical systems. This site is served by two reciprocating Luke chillers, two gas fired boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, VAV's with hot water reheats, and various types of fans. 73 Miller St. also has an array of supplementary water cooled, critical process cooling units, serving communications rooms, and non critical serving high load areas and meeting rooms.
Investa Building – 54 Miller Street, North Sydney
Hiflow maintains this 14 storey buildings' air conditioning and mechanical systems. This site is served by one York chiller, one diesel fired boiler, cooling towers, air handling units which are situated on each floor, a series of hot water reheats, and various types of fans. The controls system comprises of a PLC type arrangement, with controllers located on each floor. The system has no head end and is maintained in house by Hiflow Industries.
